Handling returns on Sunset Flag

  • Can I return items that I've decided I don't want or  need?

    No. Returning items because you changed your mind is not a valid return reason. You may request to return an item if the condition it was received was  damaged.  If the items was damaged then we will pay for return shipping cost. Returning the item is simple.  Either purchase a shipping label on Paypal, or go to the post office to return the item. If you pay for shipping from your paypal account we will reimburse you for what you spent once we received the item back. If you purchased shipping thru the post office we will then issue you a check for the amount you spent. Make sure you include the post office shipping amount receipt in the box you are returning. Send your return to Sunset Flag 488 Meyers Rd. Altamont, TN. 37301 Once we receive the item we will issue you a check.


  • To start a return, call us at 1-931-692-7547 and you will immediately reach our customer service specialists. Tell them that you are calling to return an item. Give the reason for the return. We will give you a return authorization number if we approve your return. You will also receive instructions on how to send back the item, either paypal or post office.
  • Who Pays For Return Shipping?
  • It depends on the reason for the return. In most cases, we designate that the buyer will pay for return shipping and any restocking fees if specified in our return policy. Some items we offer free return shipping. If the item is damaged we will cover return shipping costs.
